Paneer Paratha is made from the power house of protein – Amul Paneer. Wheat flour is kneaded and rolled partially, then stuffed with mixture of paneer, spices and condiments to make a ball. Then rolled to make parathas, which are partially baked and then frozen at -12°C to -18°C |

Instructions for Use |
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Remove pack from the freezer. Take the required quantity to be used, seal and transfer the remaining product immediately into the deep-freezer till expiry.
“DO NOT THAW”
1. Preheat non-stick pan / tawa. Place the paratha directly on the tawa.
2. Heat on low flame for 3 minutes turning sides every 30 seconds till it gets crispy.
3. For better results add some Amul Butter or Amul Ghee during cooking.
